Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Pharmacy Benefits Account Manager (PBAM) to join our growing Pharmacy Practice. The role supports PBM strategy, data-driven analysis, and client deliverables while collaborating with Pharmacy Consultants on RFPs and reports.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in PBM or pharmacy consulting, strong data skills, and experience with CRM tools; travel is required occasionally.

Qualifications

4+ years of PBM experience in PBM or pharmacy consulting.
Bachelor degree from a 4-year college or university.
Knowledge of PBM contracting life cycle.
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Monday.com).
Strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word; data lookup and arithmetic skills.
Ability to work independently in remote or office settings.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Six Sigma is a plus.
Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Pharmacy data collection, validation, and preparation for analysis and deliverables.
Use of multiple tools and access points to obtain data and locate inconsistencies.
Proactively manage projects, workload, initiatives, and assignments.
Support HUB Pharmacy Practice on client engagements and meetings.
Contribute to design, implementation, and maintenance of standardized workflows and analytics strategies.
Establish productive relationships within the HUB Pharmacy Practice.
Some travel is required.
