Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Pharmacy Benefits Account Manager (PBAM) to support PBM strategy and data driven analysis within the Pharmacy Practice team. You will collaborate with Pharmacy Consultants on RFPs, deliver ad-hoc reports, and draft client deliverables while navigating PBM contracts and data workflows.

The ideal candidate has PBM/consulting experience, strong communication, and project management skills, with proficiency in MS Office and data tools. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years minimum PBM or pharmacy consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Intermediate knowledge of PBM industry, stakeholders, intermediaries, and buyers.

Responsibilities

• Pharmacy data collection, validation, and preparation for analysis and deliverables.
• Use of multiple tools and access points to obtain the data and locate inconsistencies.
• Proactively manage projects and assignments within the HUB Pharmacy Practice team.
• Support lead pharmacy consultants on client engagements and meetings.
• Assist in design, implementation and maintenance of standardized pharmacy analytics workflows.
