HUB International is seeking a Pharmacy Benefits Account Manager (PBAM) to support the Pharmacy practice with PBM strategy and data-driven analysis. You will work with Pharmacy Consultants on RFPs, create ad-hoc reports, and draft client-facing deliverables.

A strong PBM background and problem-solving skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes data collection, validation, and collaboration with a team of consultants to enable effective client solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years of PBM or pharmacy consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Intermediate PBM industry knowledge and understanding of contracting lifecycle.
• Experience evaluating PBM models, pricing types, and products.

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate pharmacy data for analysis and deliverables.
• Locate data inconsistencies across multiple data sources.
• Proactively manage projects and assignments for HUB Pharmacy Practice.
• Track and update core business activities for planning and advancement.
• Support lead pharmacy consultants on client engagements and meetings.
• Contribute to the design and maintenance of standardized pharmacy workflows and analytics strategies.
• Build productive relationships within HUB Pharmacy Practice.
• Some travel may be required.
