Job summary

Dundee Community Unit School District 300 is seeking a dedicated PBIS Coordinator for Wright Elementary School. The role focuses on implementing school-wide PBIS across tiers and coordinating data-driven Tier II interventions to support student success.

The position requires collaboration with district PBIS coaches, teachers, and administrators, with emphasis on building a strong universal incentive program and effective communication across staff and families.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of school-wide PBIS across tiers.
• Familiar with building school improvement processes.
• Ability to attend monthly district PBIS/coaching meetings.
• Promotes shared decision making and can facilitate team meetings.
• Ability to build positive relationships with staff and administrators.
• Ability to work collaboratively in groups and with decision makers.
• Works in the building full time.

Responsibilities

• Review Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI) to create an action plan.
• Formulate a Secondary Systems Team and communicate status to staff.
• Meet monthly to review data and qualify students for Tier 2 interventions.
• Monitor Tier 2 interventions and track progress.
• Input CICO data and review data logs regularly.
• Serve as site admin for DESSA or similar screening/monitoring tools.
• Coordinate with Social Worker/Psychologist for Tier 2/3 interventions.
• Update staff on Tier 2 interventions and celebrate progress.
• Attend PBIS coaches meetings monthly and document processes.
