Job summary

Southbridge Public Schools Eastford Road School in Southbridge, Massachusetts, seeks a Part-Time PBIS Coach at Tier 1 to oversee the district PBIS program and provide training to school teams to sustain PBIS systems.

Responsibilities include coaching across all three tiers, data analysis, and ongoing support for staff. Immediate start; stipend of $1500; commitment to positive student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• Knowledge of PBIS across universal, secondary, and tertiary tiers.
• Experience planning and conducting professional development.
• Demonstrated leadership and project organization.
• Ability to collaborate and gain consensus.
• Experience with data-based decision making.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with staff and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate district-wide PBIS sustainability and expansion.
• Provide/train PBIS across all three tiers: universal, secondary, tertiary.
• Recruit, staff, train, and support district PBIS Coaches.
• Oversee data collection, management, and analysis.
• Train staff on data collection systems and analysis.
• Support secondary tier data systems and interpretation.
• Monitor behavioral data and climate survey patterns.
• Participate in PBIS leadership meetings and conferences.
• Provide ongoing coaching to school-based PBIS teams.
• Attend monthly coach meetings outside school hours and trainings.
