Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3–5 years of related experience, or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree in related field is preferred.
• Previous payroll or accounting experience is desirable.
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll and union benefits day-to-day operations to ensure compliance and timely reporting.
• Perform transactional data entry and review contracts to identify union benefits due.
• Accurately process and record company payroll with increasing complexity.
• Provide timely and accurate information with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
