Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Payroll Support Specialist to assist the Payroll and Operations teams across platforms, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all associates. You will validate data in Time Management and respond to tickets in Solar Winds while upholding company policy and controls.

You will monitor queues, set up new hires in Dayforce, and support WFM processes, payroll inquiries, and supervisor updates. This role offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Service/Support role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Monitor Solar Winds queue, assign tickets as needed, and troubleshoot payroll and WFM issues.
• Set up new employees in Dayforce.
• Assist managers with WFM processes and payroll inquiries.
• Process supervisor updates based on manager change reports.
• Receive and distribute payroll-related documents and respond to questions.
