Brobston Group seeks a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate, timely payroll operations, maintaining data integrity and addressing employee inquiries. The role aligns with internal controls and deadlines, working onsite in Piscataway.

Responsibilities include reviewing integration data, running timekeeping, processing payroll changes, and supporting ad hoc projects. Strong Excel and Office skills are required.

Qualificações

• Proven experience with Ulti-Pro, Kronos, and Workday.
• Knowledge of state and federal payroll regulations.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• On-site in Piscataway, NJ at least three days per week.

Summary

The Payroll Specialist supports accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations across the organization. The role maintains payroll data integrity, responds to employee inquiries, and completes payroll activities in line with internal controls and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review Workday integration data and research and correct discrepancies.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and gather data for payroll preparation.
• Run timekeeping and payroll integrations and review employee, job, compensation, and address changes.
• Review pre-check reports, set up garnishments, and complete post-payroll tasks.
• Prepare standard operating procedures and support ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Experience with Ulti-Pro, Kronos, and Workday.
• Basic understanding of payroll processing and state and federal payroll and tax regulations.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Associate degree in accounting or a related finance field.
• Ability to work in person at the Piscataway office at least three days per week.
