Responsibilities

Verify time worked and approvals in Authenticare System against Plan of Care.
Review hours to ensure no overlap or exceedance of Plan of Care.
Reconcile hours between Authenticare and the Agency’s accounting system; resolve discrepancies.
Assist Direct Support Workers with questions by phone or in office.
Send reminders/notifications to employers and Direct Support Workers about State changes.
