Job summary

InfoTree in Charlotte, NC is seeking a detail-oriented Time and Compliance Specialist to audit timesheets for hours, projects and pay types. You will apply strong analytical and data-entry skills to ensure accuracy and compliance across multiple states.

You will review employee signatures, approvals, and payouts, provide professional employee support, and guide HR partners on state labor laws and payout timelines. Proficiency in Excel and MS Access is required.

Qualifications

• Auditing timesheets for accuracy and pay types.
• Strong analytical and data-entry and communication skills.
• Auditing employee signatures and approvals for compliance.
• Providing accurate, friendly customer service to employees across states.
• Guidance to HR on state labor laws and payout timelines.
• Opening and closing customer cases promptly.
• Testing new programs and updating procedures as systems change.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• 3 years’ Time Collection experience with Auto-time or similar system.
• General knowledge of state labor laws; MS Access experience.

Responsibilities

• Auditing timesheets for accuracy of hours, projects and pay types.
• Auditing for employee signatures and approvals prior to processing for Compliance and Policy restrictions.
• Providing accurate, friendly and professional customer service to employees working in multiple states.
• Providing guidance to HR business partners on State Labor Laws and timelines for payouts.
• Opening and closing customer cases in a timely manner.
• Testing new programs and processes as needed, updating desk top procedures as programs change.
