Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll readiness across assigned business units. You will review timekeeping entries, ensure compliance with wage and hour rules, and resolve pay issues in partnership with Shared Services Payroll and People Practices.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of payroll experience, a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, and familiarity with multi-state payroll and union agreements. CPP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll environments and wage/hour compliance.
• CPP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and approve time entries for payroll processing.
• Resolve discrepancies in time and pay data and support payroll corrections.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with Shared Services Payroll and People Practices to ensure compliant payroll processing.
