Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage timesheets for personal care workers and ensure timely payroll processing.
• Verify and resolve timesheet discrepancies before payroll issuance.
• Process checks/direct deposit within established timeframes and withhold taxes.
• Provide payroll support to workers and care managers as needed.
• Maintain payroll records in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Respond to wage verifications and audit requests.
• Communicate professionally with all participants, workers, and external customers.
