Job summary

Pilgrim's in the United States is seeking a Payroll / Time & Attendance Clerk to support hourly team members’ payroll and timekeeping processes. You will review time records, correct discrepancies, and enter information into SAP or applicable systems, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet payroll deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with payroll or timekeeping systems is preferred.
• Proven accuracy and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute time reports for supervisor review.
• Review records for missing punches and schedule discrepancies.
• Enter approved corrections into SAP or timekeeping systems.
• Enter hours for hourly team members when punches are unavailable.
• Resolve timekeeping discrepancies before payroll deadlines.
• Maintain payroll records for Live Haul crews and other departments.
• Record payroll deductions and assist with payroll questions.
• Maintain documentation for payroll adjustments and approvals.
• Provide backup support for payroll functions and Time & Attendance Coordinator.
