Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation in Broadway, VA is seeking a Payroll / Time & Attendance Clerk to support accurate payroll and attendance for hourly team members. This role collaborates with supervisors, HR, and Payroll to review time records, correct discrepancies, and enter data into the timekeeping system.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, maintains confidentiality, and can meet payroll deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information.
• Experience with SAP or electronic timekeeping/payroll systems preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to meet payroll deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and distribute time sheets for supervisor review.
• Review timekeeping records for discrepancies and corrections.
• Enter approved time corrections into SAP and timekeeping systems.
• Enter hours for hourly staff when punches are unavailable.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and deductions.
• Provide payroll support and answer routine questions.
• Backup coverage for payroll and timekeeping roles as needed.
