Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation in Broadway, VA is seeking a Payroll / Time & Attendance Clerk to support accurate payroll and timekeeping for hourly team members. You will review time records, correct discrepancies, and ensure proper data entry into the system.

The role requires high accuracy, confidentiality, organization, and professionalism, with backup coverage during vacations and peak periods. This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive base pay.

Qualificações

• Experience with payroll, timekeeping, HR, or admin tasks.
• Proficient in SAP or electronic timekeeping systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain security.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and standard office tools.
• Experience meeting payroll deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and distribute time reports for supervisor review.
• Review time records for discrepancies and missing punches.
• Enter approved time corrections into SAP/timekeeping systems.
• Enter hours for hourly team members when punches unavailable.
• Resolve time and attendance discrepancies before payroll deadlines.
• Maintain payroll records for Live Haul crews and other departments.
• Process deductions like store purchases and uniforms.
• Assist employees with payroll/timekeeping questions.
• Maintain documentation for payroll adjustments and approvals.
• Monitor data for accuracy and escalate unresolved issues.
• Provide backup support for payroll functions during absences.
• Support weekly payroll processing and related duties.
• Keep employee data confidential and compliant with policies.
