Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile payroll, timekeeping, and attendance data.
• Monitor deadlines and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Process adjustments, reversals, and corrections as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation in line with retention rules.
• Provide training and support on payroll policies and timekeeping systems.
• Respond to payroll inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Collaborate with payroll team for coverage and consistency.
• Support audits, reporting, and data integrity initiatives.
