Responsibilities

• Processing biweekly payroll using UltiPro (Ultimate) software.
• Entering data related to all employee information, benefits deductions, tax withholdings and direct deposit preferences.
• Maintaining organized records of payroll transactions and employee compensation and deductions.
• Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies or employee inquiries.
• Ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws and company policies.
• Processing wage garnishments, levies and other court-ordered deductions.
• Correlating information needed for distribution of W2's at the end of the year.
• Various Accounting duties as needed.
