Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center is seeking a Workday HCM/Payroll Analyst to lead administration, configuration, and optimization of Workday HCM, Payroll, and Time & Attendance. The role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate employee data and compliant payroll processing.

You will drive system enhancements, support complex business requirements, and deliver scalable workforce management solutions while maintaining data integrity and facilitating continuous improvement.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on Workday experience supporting HCM and Payroll.
Strong expertise in Workday Time Tracking and payroll-related configuration.
In-depth understanding of payroll operations, time and attendance, and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system and data issues.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end payroll processing, including audits and post-payroll validation.
Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Maintain and audit employee lifecycle data affecting payroll.
Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for leadership.
