Qualifications

• Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of two years of college and completion of an approved training course or three years of related clerical bookkeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Verifies accuracy of timekeeping data and serves as a facility timekeeper for an assigned area.
• Prepares, calculates, verifies, and processes payroll deductions, corrections, changes, and revocations as a payroll officer.
• Back-up to the Business Office by assisting with bookkeeping functions in Personnel Services and related expenditures.
• Performs other duties as reasonably within the scope of the enumerated responsibilities.
