Qualifications

• Three (3) years payroll administration or similar experience.
• Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems is required.
• Experience reconciling payroll records and preparing related entries.
• Ability to analyze payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Processes biweekly payroll for ~900 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconciles payroll-related accounts and assists with audits.
• Maintains payroll and benefit records; processes deductions and 401(k)/retirement entries.
• Responds to employee inquiries and provides payroll guidance.
• Prepares payroll reports and journal entries for Finance.
