Transdev in Lancaster, CA is seeking a Payroll Administrator to ensure timely and accurate processing of hourly and salaried staff, multi-state payroll, and related records. You will work with ADP EV5 and ADP eTime, maintain employee data, and prepare reports.

Qualifications

• ADP EV5 and eTime experience with multi-state payroll processing.
• Strong data entry accuracy and reporting abilities.
• Experience with union payroll and benefits is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle overall administration of payroll using ADP EV5 and eTime.
• Prepare and process weekly and biweekly multi-state payrolls.
• Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data changes.
• Produce payroll reports and respond to employee questions.
• Coordinate with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure data flow.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal/state/local regulations.
