You will oversee payroll processing, tax reporting (Forms 941, 940, W-2s), system and vendor management, and mentor a payroll team to achieve accuracy and efficiency while partnering with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-state payroll and tax management.
• Expertise with major payroll systems and MS Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire payroll process for diverse employee groups, ensuring precision in calculations and compliance with all regulations.
• Manage timely submissions of all payroll-related tax documents, including Forms 941, 940, W-2s, and state returns.
• Ensure adherence to payroll tax laws and regulations with rigorous checks within the process.
• Lead the management and optimization of payroll systems and vendor relationships.
• Guide and mentor the payroll team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
