Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant to manage payroll taxes, tax filings, and multi-state tax compliance. You will maintain accounting records for offices, ensure reconciliation to company standards, and collaborate with payroll on A/R, wires, and reversals.

The role requires a BS in accounting or related field, strong math and accounting skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and tax software. Benefits include comprehensive insurance options and paid time off.

Formación

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or relevant experience in multi-state tax fillings.
• Excellent math and accounting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, tax systems and database software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Daily payroll tax processing and tax deposits, and reconciling liabilities.
• MasterTax maintenance and quarterly processes.
• Monthly and quarterly tax processing and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely payroll tax filings across multiple states.
• Maintain tax registrations and filings locally and state-wide.
• Collaborate with payroll to manage A/R, wires, and reversals.
• Month-end process.
