Trucordia in Utah seeks an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage payroll for multiple locations and handle commissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will be a detail-oriented leader who guides clients and staff, focusing on dependable payroll delivery.

You will be the primary contact for payroll inquiries, manage deductions and taxes, and drive process improvements. This full-time role offers benefits and growth within a fast-growing PEO environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of payroll experience.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• CPP - Certified Payroll Professional.
• Able to manage workflow efficiently to meet client needs.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong phone etiquette.
• Able to learn new payroll programs quickly and take direction.
• Team player with ability to work with others.
• Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for multiple companies and employees.
• Work quickly and accurately in a payroll program.
• Communicate with clients via email or phone.
• Manage payroll taxes and employee benefit deductions.
• Understand and manage ACH processes.
• Lead and provide direction to teammates.
• Review processes to minimize errors.
• Meet deadlines and respond promptly to clients and employees.
