Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Payroll Tax case queues.
• Review incoming cases and route work to team members.
• Assist leadership in identifying workflow bottlenecks and escalations.
• Send acknowledgment emails and initial client responses using templates.
• Request information for tax case processing.
• Ensure client inquiries are routed to the correct team member.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Distribute incoming mail and tax notices; create/update cases.
• Coordinate outgoing mail and agency correspondence.
• Assist with reporting, data entry, and logging tasks.
• Support special projects and process improvements.
• Maintain department procedures and reference materials.
• Provide admin support during peak processing periods.
