Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Tax Processor 1 to support payroll tax filing, reconciliations, and notices within our Tax Processing function. You will assist with data accuracy, respond to inquiries, and help ensure timely compliance across federal, state, and local requirements.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of payroll operations or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of tax regulations and filing systems.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work in high-volume environment.
• Proficient with computer systems and spreadsheets.
• Effective written and verbal communication with a customer focus.
• Willingness to learn and follow guidance.

Responsabilités

• Execute tax processing tasks including payroll tax filings, reconciliations, and payments under supervision.
• Resolve routine tax notices and penalties following documented procedures.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual tax compliance by reviewing records and data accuracy.
• Respond to basic tax-related inquiries from internal teams and customers.
• Prepare and submit tax forms and amendments per federal, state, and local rules.
• Maintain organized documentation of tax transactions and correspondence.
