Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) is seeking a Payroll Tax Analyst in Atlanta, GA. This role focuses on payroll tax compliance, tax remittance, and filing accuracy within the SAP environment, with collaboration across finance and HR teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of payroll experience, SAP and/or ADP GlobalView knowledge, and strong Excel skills. The position offers growth opportunities and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of payroll experience.
• Supervising experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent payroll as SME in payroll tax function and ensure accurate tax setups and filings.
• Process payroll through SAP; ensure accuracy and timely payroll runs; input changes as needed.
• Support audits and provide Tier III payroll tax escalation support.
• Interface with vendors and internal partners; manage tax reporting and year-end processes.
