Ledgent-Finance- seeks a Payroll Specialist to support our accounting and finance staffing efforts in Woodland Hills, CA. You will recruit, screen, and interview candidates for temporary to full-time roles with client companies, while expanding our local sales territory and presenting staffing solutions to prospective clients.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple placements and client relationships effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of successful recruiting and/or B2B sales in a professional services environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, strongly preferred.
• Solid screening and interviewing skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite and Outlook email.
