Job summary

Ledgent in Los Angeles is seeking a Business Solutions Manager to identify qualified candidates for Accounting & Finance roles and develop client relationships for repeat business. You will lead B2B sales, prospect new customers, present our staffing services, and ensure successful placements of temporary and full-time professionals.

As a Business Solutions Manager, you will identify qualified candidates to fill a variety of Accounting & Finance positions for our clients. This will require a consultative mindset as you develop client relationships to better position Ledgent for repeat business. You will be engaged in Business-to-Business client development. Your focus will also be on finding potential new client companies and presenting our staffing services to them. As the first point of contact between our company and our new clients, it is important that you maintain a professional image while also embodying our company's Mission, Vision and Values.
