Responsibilities

• Document payroll workflows and requirements with current-state maps.
• Review project scope, background, deadlines, and client needs.
• Provide role-specific application materials (resume, cover letter, samples).
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork on consultant role and technical work.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support quality control, status updates, and readiness for the work package.
• Map current-state workflows and design future-state processes.
• Elicit functional requirements from stakeholders and capture needs.
• Specify nonfunctional requirements (performance, security, privacy, retention).
• Build requirements traceability and manage acceptance of the baseline.
