Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR and payroll experience.
• Experience with payroll for 100+ employees preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations for K–12 settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary payroll administrator for all school employees.
• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain employee records and timekeeping data.
• Handle year-end payroll tasks including W-2s.
• Respond to payroll inquiries with professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws.
• Support audits and regulatory reporting.
• Assist with policy implementation and HR process improvements.
