• Design future-state workflows: Define improved processes, roles, automation points, controls, and exception handling.
• Elicit functional requirements: Run stakeholder sessions and capture prioritized functional, reporting, integration, and usability needs for New York City Department of Education.
• Specify nonfunctional requirements: Document performance, availability, accessibility, privacy, security, retention, and support expectations.
• Build requirements traceability: Link each requirement to its source, design element, test case, owner, and acceptance result.
• Manage requirements acceptance: Resolve gaps, maintain decisions and change history, and obtain stakeholder approval of the baseline.

The app will also provide access to relevant payment history and tax-related records for consultant tracking and reporting.
