Job summary

University of California, Irvine is seeking a Payroll Analyst to coordinate and process payroll within UCPath and the Time Reporting System. You will serve as the Department Time Administrator, handle SCTs and separations, and generate analytical reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience with BA/BS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, process, and perform payroll functions in UCPath and TRS.
• Serve as Department Time Administrator (DTA) and handle salary cost transfers.
• Produce reports for analysis and resolve payroll issues.
• Review labor distribution, leave accruals, and overtime data.
• Apply organizational policies to payroll transactions.
