eBacon is seeking a Payroll Implementation Specialist to lead the client onboarding experience in Phoenix or remotely. You will manage the complete implementation process, ensuring that client expectations are met and providing top-notch training and support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in account management and/or client implementation.
• 3+ years' payroll processing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through on client requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire client implementation process, from post-sale to completion.
• Collaborate with different departments to address issues during implementation.
• Provide technical training and support for HRIS and payroll processing.
• Ensure complete client satisfaction throughout the process.
