Job summary

Troon’s Corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Payroll Supervisor to oversee multi-entity payroll operations across jurisdictions. You will lead Payroll Specialists, ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance, and partner with HR and Accounting to improve processes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in payroll, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro). Occasional extended hours may be required during peak cycles.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing and compliance requirements.
• Experience with multi-state payroll operations and audits.
• Experience mentoring staff and leading payroll projects.
• Proficiency with payroll taxes, garnishments, and wage-hour regulations.
• Experience supporting audits and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day payroll processing for multiple entities and states.
• Lead, coach, and develop Payroll Specialists and related roles.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Monitor workload, service levels, and payroll deadlines.
• Escalate payroll issues and partner with HR, Benefits, and Accounting.
