Job summary

LHH partners with a well-known San Diego based organization to fill a Payroll Supervisor role. This hybrid position is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team but still wants to stay closely involved in the actual payroll processing.

Responsibilities include leading a small payroll team, overseeing biweekly payroll for ~1,900 employees, and ensuring accuracy and timely processing. A bachelor's degree is preferred, with hands-on payroll processing background.

Qualifications

• Recent supervisory experience within payroll and hands-on payroll processing background.
• Experience processing payroll for 400+ employees.
• Comfortable with complex payrolls involving multiple employee classifications and pay arrangements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to payroll accuracy.

• Lead and support a small payroll team all while staying actively involved in payroll processing

• Experience with Workday, UKG, or comparable payroll platforms is a plus
