Job summary

The Pivot Group Network in Zeeland, MI is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees. You will reconcile payroll data, administer timekeeping systems, and handle year-end activities including W-2 generation. Experience with ADP Workforce Now or UKG Pro is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience processing multi-state payroll for 500+ employees, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with payroll software (ADP Workforce Now, UKG Pro) and timekeeping systems.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, including multi-state compliance.
• Experience with general ledger reconciliation and month-end close processes related to payroll.
