Devoted Health in Waltham, MA is seeking a Payroll Specialist to own core payroll processes. You will manage bi-weekly processing in Workday, ensure multi-jurisdiction tax compliance, and serve as the face of payroll for employees.

You will collaborate with finance and People teams, maintain data integrity, support audits, and mentor offshore staff as needed. A detail-oriented, customer-service minded professional with 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience covering full-cycle payroll processing, tax filings and adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll end-to-end in Workday; verify data against HR submissions.
• Serve as the payroll point of contact for employee questions and ensure excellent service.
• Ensure timely payroll processing and approvals; reconcile timesheets.
• Prepare payroll reports for annual audits and compliance.
• Set up new state/local tax jurisdictions in Workday for new hires and changes.
• Maintain data integrity within payroll systems and administer garnishments in ADP SmartCompliance.
• Collaborate with People and Finance teams on payroll reporting and needs.
• Support offshore team members and provide back-up as needed.
