Job summary

Devoted Health seeks a payroll professional to own core payroll processes, from Workday bi-weekly processing to multi-jurisdiction tax compliance using ADP SmartCompliance. You’ll partner with finance leaders and employees, delivering accurate payroll with strong customer service.

Requirements include 3+ years of full-cycle payroll in a multi-state environment, familiarity with Workday and ADP, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with bi-weekly payroll in multi-state environments.
• Experience with ADP SmartCompliance for tax filings and wage garnishments.
• Ability to work with Workday payroll and reconcile data across systems.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll end-to-end in Workday and ADP environments.
• Serve as primary payroll contact for employee questions and issues.
• Ensure accurate tax withholding and jurisdiction setup for all states.
• Prepare payroll reports for annual audits and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with People team on payroll reporting and employee needs.
