Qualifications

• 2–3 years of payroll and/or administrative experience.
• Staffing, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills required.
• Comfortable learning payroll, ATS, and other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process, maintain, and reconcile weekly payroll for staffing associates.
• Ensure employees are properly set up for payroll and review timesheets from manual and electronic timekeeping systems.
• Communicate with associates to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll records including W-4s and pay preferences.
• Administer payroll deductions including garnishments and child support; manage benefit deductions.
• Audit payroll processes and records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Cross-train on additional payroll functions and provide backup support to Senior Payroll Administrator.
