ERSG Ltd in Boston is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our Operations team. You will support day-to-day US payroll and timekeeping, ensuring timely and accurate pay and compliant records.

This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work across ADP, Bullhorn, Sage and InTime systems. Reporting to the Payroll Senior, you will handle high-volume bi-weekly payroll, assist with new starters and terminations, and provide payroll-related reports.

Qualificações

• Experience handling payroll in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with US payroll processes and compliance.
• Proficiency in ADP and other payroll software is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process high-volume bi-weekly payroll through ADP.
• Review timesheets for accuracy and deadlines.
• Respond to payroll queries from employees and managers.
• Maintain payroll, employee and compliance records.
• Assist with new starters, changes and terminations.
• Support payroll-related reports and system updates.
• Coordinate with internal and external providers on payroll issues.
• Assist with general office administration as required.
• Support payroll projects and process improvements.
