L.E.K. Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator in Boston to support payroll operations for about 1,000 USA employees. The role emphasizes ADP Workforce Now expertise, compliance with laws, and collaboration across functions.

The Payroll Administrator will assist with the Workday HCM implementation under the Payroll Manager guidance. The ideal candidate has hands-on ADP experience, strong Excel skills, and a proactive approach to data integrity and process improvements

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience using ADP Workforce Now.
Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to evolving payroll processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Process semi-monthly payroll for assigned employee groups using ADP Workforce Now in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Support tax filings, year-end processing (W-2s), and audits to ensure compliance.
Maintain payroll data integrity through regular audits and reconciliations.
Serve as primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and issues.
