Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years of related payroll experience.
• Experience with UKG or Kronos Timekeeping is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll timely and accurately in compliance with regulations.
• Oversee weekly and bi-weekly payrolls while respecting CBAs and contractual obligations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for payroll processing.
• Collaborate with HRIS to maintain system integrity during payroll setup and updates.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members.
• Manage salary adjustments, deductions, bonuses, and final paychecks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
