Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Eastern Territory is seeking a Payroll Processor to work with the Payroll Supervisor to ensure accurate and timely payroll. The role handles employee inquiries, maintains payroll data, and supports reporting using UKG Pro and Ceridian Dayforce at the Divisional Headquarters in Philadelphia.

Qualifications

• G ED or equivalent required with 3-5 years of payroll experience using UKG Pro and Ceridian Dayforce.
• Demonstrates responsibility, respect, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pay employees accurately and on time each week and biweekly pay periods.
• Maintain accurate payroll information and stay current on payroll taxes and requirements.
• Prepare and finalize payroll reports for internal or external customers on a timely basis.
• Maintain wage garnishments and child support records.
• Ensure timely mailing of employees' checks and respond to payroll inquiries.
