Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage timekeeping systems and integrate data for payroll processing, including shift differentials and overtime.
• Prepare and submit all federal, state, and local payroll filings and reports.
• Administer employee benefits deductions (health insurance, 401(k), garnishments).
• Reconcile payroll accounts and GL entries; resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to employee pay, deduction, and tax inquiries.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
