Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process payroll records, attendance, W-2s, taxes, and other payroll docs.
• Maintain payroll data including salary adjustments.
• Prepare payroll reports for management.
• Coordinate with HR on new hires, terminations, and changes.
• Handle payroll audits and IRS communications.
• Respond to employee questions on payroll and deductions.
• Maintain data confidentiality and accuracy.
• Assist with other payroll, accounting, and admin duties.
