Health Partners of Western Ohio is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our Admin Annex Building team. You will process biweekly payroll, audit timecards, maintain payroll records, and support deductions and benefits while delivering accurate, timely pay.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in accounting, business, finance or a related field.
• In-house payroll training completed.
• 3 to 5 years of payroll experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll and ensure timely issuance of paychecks and ACH deposits.
• Audit timecards, resolve discrepancies, and maintain payroll records.
• Administer deductions, benefits, and 403(b) contributions.
• Prepare payroll-related journal entries and support month-end closes.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
