The Onix Group in Kennett Square, PA is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team. You will provide client and employee support for payroll, ensuring accurate, timely delivery of payroll and related services in a collaborative environment across payroll, accounting, finance, and HR.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of payroll experience, strong data entry skills, and knowledge of payroll tax laws. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of office data entry and payroll processing.
• Solid understanding of payroll tax laws and compliance.
• Experience with Paycom and/or ADP, Paylocity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Read and analyze payroll data supplied by clients.
• Communicate payroll status with internal teams and clients.
• Assist with audits and benefit/deduction reconciliations.
