Qualifications

• Minimum four years of full-cycle payroll processing.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) preferred; other complex payroll systems considered.
• Strong computer skills and payroll database reporting tools.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge including pivot tables, lookups, and formulas.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines with strict confidentiality.
• FPP/CPP certification is ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate and timely production of biweekly (hourly) and semimonthly (salary) NC payrolls, with auditing of forms and records.
• Data entry and verification of payroll information for new hires.
• Process terminations, final pay calculations, and accrued time off.
• Post payroll data, including gross pay, deductions, and benefits reporting.
• Prepare and review W-2/W-2C forms and year-end entries.
• Coordinate with HRIS and accounting for month-end payroll reporting and reconciliations.
