Advantage Solutions is seeking a Payroll Specialist to review, update, and maintain Oracle (or other ERP systems) for in-house payroll changes. You will resolve payroll discrepancies and answer questions from employees and management, while ensuring compliance with federal and state payroll laws.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years payroll experience in In-House Payroll Systems.
• 2–4 years Payroll knowledge per Federal/State Wage & Labor Laws.
• Advanced Excel experience with Pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Review, update, and maintain Oracle for payroll changes.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer questions from workforce and management.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state payroll laws and internal policies.
• Assist with Escheatment, Quarter/Year End, and W-2 forms.
